Workshop: The places on this highly sought after workshop are led and directed personally by Dr Henri Diederich. Spaces are limited to 8 Delegates to ensure all participants have a personal practical experience. Participants should leave with sufficient knowledge and practical experience to install the Cortically Fixed Hybrid plate. The CF@O Plate is only available to trained Practitioners.
